All rounder-Senior Dental Technician, Founder & CEO
Hassan Khan, our esteemed founder and CEO, started his journey in dental technology in 1996 after completion of dental tech program at the GFA Akademie der Zahntechnik (GFA Academy of Dental Technology) in Hamburg, Germany. With an extensive international background spanning Brazil for 6 years, 15 years in Germany, and Australia for 10 years, Hassan brings a wealth of diverse experiences to Dentech Dental Laboratory. His rich history includes years of hands-on experience as a clinical dental technician in Germany, coupled with a unique proficiency in engaging directly with dentists and patients on-site to discuss cases. Hassan Khan is an all-rounder, demonstrating mastery in all facets of dental lab work and showcasing expertise across various types of dental procedures, apart from orthodontics. His expertise and global perspective have been instrumental in shaping Dentech’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of dental restoration.

Admin Manager
Ollie has been with us since the very beginning, working closely alongside Hassan to help establish DenTech and shape the way we operate today. She began her career in Germany as a Dental Nurse and later progressed into a Dental Manager role, where she built a strong foundation in clinical coordination, team leadership, and day-to-day practice operations. After moving to Australia, Ollie continued her career in the dental industry and brought that same high standard of organisation and professionalism into DenTech. Her extensive management experience has been instrumental in supporting both our team and our clients with clear communication and consistent follow-through. At DenTech, Ollie plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes coordinating priorities, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring our processes stay structured as we grow. Her calm, capable approach and deep understanding of the dental space make her an essential part of the DenTech foundation and the trusted support our team relies on every day.
Sales Manager
Peter Sargisson has worked in the dental implant industry since 2014, developing extensive experience across implant systems, surgical workflows, and dental laboratory collaboration. He began his career with Implant Direct & Nobel Biocare, working alongside clinicians involved in implant dentistry and full arch rehabilitation. He later served as Category Specialist – Surgical at Henry Schein, where he supported leading implant clinicians and specialist practices across Australia. Through these roles, Peter has developed a deep understanding of the clinical, surgical, and restorative coordination required for complex implant treatments. At DenTech, he focuses on building strong clinician relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration between practices and the laboratory to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes for implant and restorative cases.
General Manager / CAD/CAM Technician / Engineer
Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from JCU. Engineering-trained and detail-driven, Kevin specialises in digital dental design and production. He brings a systematic approach to dental production, using CAD/CAM workflows to create high-precision solutions, focusing on accuracy, quality control, workflow optimisation, and clear documentation to ensure consistent, reliable results.
CAD/CAM Technician & Ceramist
Aidas has been immersed in the dental laboratory world since the age of 16, learning alongside his father in his home country of Lithuania. After graduating his bachelors from college in Lithuania, he went on to develop exceptional technical skills and a strong reputation for precision and consistency. As Dentech’s CAD/CAM Designer, Aidas specialises in bridges, veneers, and All-on-X cases. He combines a deep understanding of tooth anatomy with advanced digital workflows to deliver designs that consistently exceed expectations.
Dental Technician/Admin
Sarah is a qualified dental technician who graduated from TAFE Randwick. She brings a broad skill set to Dentech, supporting both laboratory production and day to day administration. Her experience includes fabricating retainers, 3D printing, CAM nesting workflows, and she is now expanding her capabilities into CAD design. Sarah is highly motivated and passionate about learning, and she is currently enrolled in further study in Dental Prosthetics. With her versatility, reliability, and drive to grow, she is a valued member of the team.
